I Arvind Monshi Dedhia started my career as an Insurance agent in 1982 up to 1984 I worked as an Part time agent and converted myself as a full time agent on 1st April 1985, since then I have created many records in the Insurance Industry hence enhanced my professional skills & knowledge.

In the year 1985 I crossed 1crore business and became the youngest agent in India to achieve this.

In the year 1987, 31st October was a golden day in my life when I introduced a business of Rs 1.51crore in a single day and created all India record for which Govt of India honored me with Silver Medal from the hands of Shri Eduardo Faleiro the then Dy Finance Minister of State at New Delhi on 4th June 1988 In the same year 1988 I was qualified for the first time for Million Dollar Round Table (USA) and attended conference at Toronto in Canada on 22nd June 1989, since then I have continuously qualified Consecutive 26 years.

I have also qualified 3 times COT (Court of the table)

I am having my office at Dadar and a team of 15 members to support me, at present I am giving service to more than 2000 families with 15000 policies My wife Pushpa Arvind Dedhia is also an Insurance agent and has qualified 9 times MDRT & my Son Mr. Nikhil Dedhia has joined me in year 2012 & is also MDRT Life member
